Hey there, friend! Did you hear about the latest shenanigans in East Nashville? Apparently, there was a shooting and only one person got hurt. Phew, we weren't sure if Nashville was ready to turn into the Wild West.

According to some pictures we saw online, it looks like the crime scene was pretty dramatic. There were cops in uniform, cops in plain clothes, and even some yellow tape for good measure. We're not sure if the yellow tape is there to keep people out or to decorate the area.

One thing we do know is that the news station WKRN News 2 was on the scene to report on it. They even took a picture of the aftermath and posted it online for all to see. We're not sure if it was appropriate to take a picture of a crime scene, but we're pretty sure we're not the ones to ask.

We really hope that the person who was injured makes a quick and full recovery. The last thing we want is for someone to get hurt over something silly. Honestly, we're not even sure what happened to cause the shooting in the first place. Was someone upset that they didn't get a hot chicken sandwich at their favorite spot?

Anyway, we're just happy that the situation wasn't any worse. We're not ready to move to the suburbs just yet. Plus, we're big fans of the nightlife in East Nashville. We'll just make sure to wear our bulletproof vests the next time we head out for a night on the town.
